I love salmon but Doug doesn't. Actually, no one here does except me. It does have to be quite fresh. I love searing one side on high heat with a seasoned crust and then finishing the cooking in a hot oven (having turned it over). Easy and delicious. A butter sauce wouldn't hurt, either. <BR/><BR/>I find myself singing "How Much Is that Baby In the Window?". It's supposed to be cute and they like it, but of course you can't think too hard about it. It also is one of those tunes that seems to pop up in my head from time to time.
